A leading crafter of quality spirits embarked on a comprehensive renovation project to modernize its existing office space located in Singapore.

The primary objective was to create a sleek, contemporary aesthetic that would enhance the work environment, improve employee satisfaction, and align the office design with the company’s innovative brand image. A key element of this renovation was the installation of bespoke powder-coated aluminium skirting profile KAA.

A product which is ideal for use where a modern, hi-tech finish is required it was accompanied by end caps, junctions and internal/external corners and was turned around in a more than sufficient lead-time.

The design team selected bespoke powder coated aluminium skirting profiles for their modern appeal, durability, and customization options. These profiles were provided by Floorspec, a specialist contractor providing supply and installation service for resilient flooring.
